We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team to support with the delivery of management apprenticeships and general office administrative duties.
The role will support the Management Apprenticeship Centre Manager with the setup and running of a newly formed centre. General administrative support will also be required in other areas of the business, to ensure the smooth running of our Wilmslow office. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the setup of Cirrus as a training provider, ensuring compliance and the smooth delivery of client programmes. You will be responsible for updating and regularly monitoring our programme management system, liaising with clients and learners to do so. You will work closely with associates and suppliers for programme planning, will prepare and send materials for events, and support with webinar delivery. You will produce monthly external and internal reports, and will be accountable for the financial management and invoicing of client programmes.
You’ll be a highly-organised, team player, capable of using your own initiative and with a proactive approach to work. You will be confident in handling multiple projects and have a strong eye for detail.
You will need to demonstrate excellent telephone, email and face-to-face communication skills, and an ability to build rapport with senior contacts in an articulate, confident and engaging way. It is essential that you are computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of apprenticeships, but this is not essential.
