The primary focus of this role is to support our business growth team, to help build relationships with clients and prospects, and achieve business development targets. You will open up and develop relationships by telephone and email, make appointments, manage a CRM database, and support with the development of proposals and presentations.
You’ll be a high-achieving self-starter who is also a great team player, capable of using your own initiative to accomplish goals, and of working as an integral part of our team to realise shared objectives.
You will need to demonstrate excellent telephone, email and face-to-face communication skills, and an ability to build rapport with senior contacts in an articulate, confident and engaging way.
It is essential that you have experience of B2B business development in a professional services environment or similar, particularly in arranging business development meetings by telephone and email. You also need to be computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience of using a CRM database.
Ideally, you’ll also have research experience gained in professional services or a similar environment, and an understanding of leadership development, engagement, and talent assessment.
