Cirrus CEO Dr Simon Hayward will be a speaker and panellist at the UK ICF annual conference in London on Tuesday 8 May. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Dancing in the Future’.
The UK ICF is part of the International Coach Federation, which is dedicated to professional coaching and has 30,000 members in 140 countries. It campaigns worldwide for professional standards within the coaching profession.
This industry-leading event features world-class speakers. Throughout the day, they will explore the challenges facing organisations in our constantly changing, increasingly complex world, and explore how coaching solutions can evolve to meet these challenges.
Simon will present a session on ‘Navigating the Agile Leadership Paradox’. Becoming an agile leader has become the number one leadership challenge for managers across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Simon will share his research-based work in defining agile leadership characteristics suitable for creating agile ways of working in organisations large and small. He will cover:
- The main barriers to an agile culture in the digital age
- Connected leadership to create a purpose-led organisation able to flex in times of change
- Disruptive leadership to challenge the status quo and recreate the organisation when needed
- Agile ways of working to accelerate innovation and output.
Simon will also join a panel session to explore ‘Perspectives on what the Future holds for Coaching’. The diverse panel will share their views on the factors driving change in current coaching practice and thinking, and how they believe the profession of coaching will evolve. This will be followed by an interactive question and answer session.
