What are the challenges of leadership in the 21st century?
Dr Simon Hayward, CEO of Cirrus, joins a panel discussion in London on Tuesday 20 June in front of an audience of University of Manchester alumni.
The panel will explore the evolving demands on leaders, challenge the traditional notions of what leaders represent, and deconstruct the ideas which guide modern approaches to leadership.
This event will be chaired by writer, poet and Chancellor of the University of Manchester, Lemn Sissay.
The panel also includes Alison Nimmo, CEO of The Crown Estate (an organisation Cirrus is very proud to work with) and Naa Acquah, General Secretary of the University of Manchester Students’ Union.
Together they will explore ideas on what leaders represent, the value of diversity, the skills they need and how they are perceived in a world that has ‘had enough of experts’.
This is an exclusive event for University of Manchester alumni and tickets can be purchased here. Alumni are welcome to bring a guest.
