Kasia Dylinska joined Cirrus as a project manager in April 2019. Part of our delivery hub, she is responsible for project managing major leadership, talent and engagement programmes, ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality delivery.

What attracted you to Cirrus?

I’ve always been passionate about leadership development and Cirrus has a great reputation in this area. I worked at a university before joining Cirrus and was attracted by the opportunity to work in a new sector.

From my very first interaction with Cirrus I was impressed by the passion of the people. Even in those initial conversations, everyone was very open and real and that appealed to me a lot. People were enthusiastic about their roles, about Cirrus, and about the culture of the business.

What have you been up to since you joined Cirrus?

It’s been eventful!  The first few months were spent gaining an understanding of our clients and getting up to speed with our range of services. I built great connections with both clients and colleagues. I got involved in a few projects straight away and there was lots of learning on the job, which really accelerated my learning journey.

I worked closely with our Head of Delivery, Tim Jones, to really understand our processes, help standardise more of what we do, and ensure we continuously improve. I’ve been able to contribute a lot and I’ve also had lots of support. I’m very inquisitive and my questions have always been welcomed by my colleagues. Everyone at Cirrus has been approachable and happy to help.

What are the best things about working at Cirrus?

The best things about working here are the people and the positive culture. That’s what really makes Cirrus stand out from other companies. There is a great global team of talented people who really care about what we do, and I get to spend every day as part of that team. That’s very motivating.

Cirrus is growing quickly, which is exciting. I can see the immediate impact of my work with clients every day. That impact gets recognised. It’s rewarding.

What have you found challenging?

Because Cirrus is growing quickly, the pace can be challenging. You need to balance priorities, maintain high standards, and continually improve in a busy environment. I’m always confident that I’m working as part of a team to deliver the very best results we can. Together we overcome the challenges.

Would you recommend Cirrus as a place to work?

Absolutely. For a project manager, it’s an exciting environment and the rewards are great. If you’re up for the challenge, the opportunities are endless. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility. Your voice will be heard here. Overall it’s a great combination of culture, opportunity and reward.
